Terms and Conditions for Electronic Wallet Services
1. Introduction
1.1 We are Istinara for Multiple Activities and Technology Limited, registered under the Companies Act of 1925 with registration number (35771) and our registered address is in Sudan, Khartoum, Riyadh, Al-Mashtal Street.
1.2 Istinara for Multiple Activities and Technology Limited is the registered owner of Bravo Technology application according to the Business Names Registration Act of 1931, under certificate number (112789) issued on October 30, 2017.

2. Agreement
2.1 This statute includes the terms and conditions for electronic wallet services and includes all current attachments and policies that may be issued later. This is considered a legal agreement from the wallet when you register for a wallet account or use wallet services. Bravo wallet enables you to make payments to purchase products or services, send transfers, or receive payments, and this is considered legal acceptance from you, and thus we have entered together into a legal agreement contract. The words 'you', 'your' and 'them' refer to users of wallet services, while the words 'we', 'us', 'our' or 'Istinara Company' or 'Bravo' refer to the wallet service provider.
2.2 You must read this statute for a comprehensive understanding of how the wallet works and the services it provides, as well as to know how you and we can make modifications, additions, or terminate this agreement. This agreement includes important information about how to deal with problems.
3. Definition of Terms
Policies: Means all policies, notices, procedures, specifications, FAQs, guides, and instructions provided to you or available to you, which appear in the applications or referred to in this agreement.
Service Provider: Means third-party service providers registered with wallet services.
Loading Limit: Means the limits imposed on the amounts you can transfer to your available balance during a specific time period, as determined by Bravo from time to time. This includes transfers, cash top-ups, refunds, and any other forms of transfers to your wallet account. Currently
Recipient: Means the person you designate through the application as the recipient of funds transferred through wallet services.
Recurring Payment: Means the payment authorization you grant to the merchant to collect fixed or variable amounts from your chosen payment method at regular intervals over a specific period.
Sudanese Pound: Means the official currency of the Republic of Sudan.
Bravo Materials: Means any software, development tools, sample source codes, code libraries, data, materials, content, or printed or electronic documentation developed and provided by us or our affiliates for you to download from the application. Bravo Materials do not include any software or data specifically provided under separate license terms or created by a third party (such as software available under an open-source license).
Wallet Account: Means the account you open with Bravo to use the wallet service.
Wallet Services: Means the wallet and payment services that are carried out under this agreement, as described in the following section.
4. Language of the Agreement
4.1 A copy of the agreement, which may be amended from time to time, is available to you through the application. To use wallet services, you must first accept the agreement. This agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Bravo. You can accept the agreement by selecting the appropriate option when prompted in the application as described at the end of this agreement.
4.3 The agreement is available to you in Arabic or English, according to your choice.
5. Eligibility
5.1 You can use wallet services and enter into the agreement if:
(a) You are of legal age to enter into contracts.
(b) If you wish to deposit or withdraw funds from your wallet account, you can do so using a valid funding method (as determined from time to time).
5.2 You may not use wallet services or enter into the agreement if you are prohibited by judicial rulings or have pending complaints before Sudanese courts.
6. Wallet Services - Duties and Obligations of the Wallet
6.1 This agreement applies to your use of wallet services, which enable users to use a digital wallet to deposit funds, pay for goods and services, withdraw or retrieve funds, and transfer funds.
7. Registration
7.1 To use the services, you must complete all the required information in Bravo's registration process and open a wallet account with us.
7.2 You must provide and maintain current, complete, and accurate information throughout your use of wallet services.
7.3 You agree to provide any information that we or financial institutions may request to provide wallet services. You will provide us with all reasonably required documents and evidence at any stage of using wallet services.
7.4 We may conduct, either directly or through any third party, any inquiries we deem necessary to verify the information you provide to us, including checking commercial databases or credit reports. While we will take steps to verify the identity of our users, we cannot and will not guarantee the identity of any user.
7.5 If you do not meet our eligibility requirements, you may not be able to register or open a wallet account with us, or your use of wallet services will be restricted.
7.6 We consider all activities related to your wallet account to be yours. You must use wallet services only to conduct transactions for your own account and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
7.7 You must update your registration information immediately when any changes occur, so that the information is always complete and accurate. We reserve the right to refuse to provide or suspend wallet services to any person or entity at any time and for any reason.
7.8 Your mobile phone number and the password you choose will be used to access the application and communicate with you. You may also be required to answer several security questions or choose keys or other security credentials to authorize transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials. Your credentials should not be disclosed to any third party. If any of your credentials are compromised, you must notify us immediately using the specified means, so that we can suspend the use of your wallet account to avoid unauthorized transactions. You must also notify us if you wish to request unblocking your account. You will not be financially responsible for any use of your wallet account by an unauthorized person, or for fraudulent transactions that occur before or after notifying us of the loss or compromise of your data, unless you acted negligently or fraudulently and did not take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your credentials.
Wallet Account
8.5 Bravo may refuse to execute any transactions, requests, or other uses of the services if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, violation of the agreement by you, or violation of the law. Transactions may also be delayed due to Bravo's or a third party's obligations under applicable anti-money laundering legislation, including suspicion that the transaction involves fraud. In the event that Bravo refuses to execute a transaction or request, you will be notified and provided with objective reasons for this refusal, unless it would be unlawful for Bravo to do so or would compromise security measures.
8.6 Funding, payments, and transfers are displayed in your wallet account, and you must regularly check the wallet account balance and transaction history. You should report any violations or clarify any questions as soon as possible.
8.7 We will provide you with a report of the transactions you make under this agreement at least once a month, free of charge. This report includes details of amounts, fees, costs, transactions, dates, and reference numbers for each transaction.
8.8 Except for our role in providing wallet services, we are not involved in any underlying sale transaction between you and any other user or provider. The availability of payment methods may vary depending on the application you are purchasing through. We are not a party to the sales contract and do not mediate disputes between you and suppliers or enforce any sales contracts. We have the right to withhold amounts related to illegal transactions, and we have the right to take legal action to preserve our rights.
9. Prohibited Payments
9.1 We reserve the right to apply acceptable use conditions regarding the operation of your wallet account, including prohibiting certain categories of transactions such as.
9.2 You must not use your wallet account for illegal purposes, including fraud and money laundering. If you make or attempt to make any transaction that violates this prohibition, Bravo reserves the right to reverse the transaction.
10. Feeding and Receiving Payments
10.1 Funds that you have paid will be added to your wallet account on the business day they are received. If funds are received after the closing time on a business day or on a non-business day, the funds will be considered received on the next business day. We will not be responsible for the funds until they are received by us.
10.2 In the event that funds are subject to transaction reversal, we will deduct this reversed transaction from your wallet account balance. If your account balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, we reserve the right to request payment from you or deduct from any future payments.
10.3 You must regularly match incoming payments with your own records. You should be aware that adding funds to your wallet account does not mean that these transactions cannot be reversed. We reserve the right to reverse the payment when the payer, the payer's bank, or the payment service provider returns or cancels the payment to your wallet account.
10.4 All payments to us must be accompanied by a clear and complete reference so that we can feed the funds into your wallet account. The details required for these references are specified in the application.
10.5 It is your responsibility to ensure that the references are accurate, complete, and correct for each incoming payment so that we can feed the funds into your wallet account. If there is any deficiency in the information or if the references are inaccurate, we may do the following:
(a) Refuse the financial transaction and not feed the funds into your wallet account.
(b) Seek to obtain the missing or corrected information from the payer's payment service provider before feeding the funds.
(c) Request the required information from the payer's payment service provider after feeding the funds into the wallet account. In these cases, we will not be responsible for any loss you incur, although we will make a reasonable effort to investigate transactions with incorrect or inaccurate references and feed them or return them to your wallet account.
10.6 After executing the payment, we will provide you with the following information:
(a) The amount of the payment transaction in the currency available to you.
(b) The amount of fees or costs related to the payment transaction due from you.
(c) The date on which the payment transaction was fed into your account.
11. Privacy; User Information
11.1 We use your personal data in the manner set forth in our privacy policy and as described in this agreement. By using the service and application, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. If we change the privacy policy, the changes will be posted on the privacy policy page so that you are aware of how we collect, use, and disclose information. You should review the privacy policy regularly for updates.
11.2 We will protect your personal data and maintain its confidentiality, whether it is kept by an agent or a third party on our behalf. We will not disclose your personal data except in the following cases:
(a) If required to do so by applicable laws and regulations, or by the Central Bank of Sudan or any other competent authority.
(b) If your prior written consent has been obtained. For more information, please refer to the privacy policy available through the application.
12. Warranties
12.1 You acknowledge and warrant to us that:
(a) You are eligible to register and use the wallet service.
(b) The name you specify upon registration is your name or the trade name you use to sell products and services.
(c) Any sale or purchase transaction you make constitutes a genuine sale from you.
(d) You will use the wallet service only for transactions for your own account.
(e) All transactions you make comply with applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws.
(f) You will not use the wallet service for any fraudulent activity or in any way that affects its use.
(g) You are not subject to sanctions or listed on any prohibited or restricted parties list.
12.3 In particular, we and our partners (licensors) do not guarantee that:
(a) Your use of wallet services will meet your needs.
(b) Your use of wallet services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
13. Liability
13.1 Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability.
13.2 We will not be liable to you for:
(a) Loss of profits.
(b) Loss of reputation or goodwill.
(c) Loss of business.
(d) Loss of revenue.
(e) Loss of data.
(f) Any indirect or consequential losses.
13.3 We will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of:
(a) Any reliance you place on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertisement.
(b) Any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser whose advertisement appears on the application.
(b) Any change we may make to wallet services, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of wallet services (or any features within wallet services).
(c) Any failure in wallet services.
(d) Deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store any data saved or transmitted using wallet services.
(e) Your failure to provide us with accurate account information.
(f) Any fraudulent use of wallet services by you.
14. Indemnification
14.1 You will indemnify, defend, and protect us against and from any claims, costs, lawsuits, proceedings, or demands and any losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, and related expenses (including attorney fees) that arise from or relate to:
(a) Any actual or alleged breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations under this agreement.
(b) Any actual or alleged infringement of our trademark rights.
(c) Your use of the wallet service.
(d) Any transaction you make through the wallet service.
15. General Terms
15.1 This agreement is available in both Arabic and English. You can communicate with us electronically via the application or email. By registering for the wallet service, you agree to receive electronic notifications from us.
15.2 We may modify the terms of this agreement, policies, or service features.
15.3 This agreement is not intended to create a partnership or agency relationship between you and us. No party may assume obligations or responsibilities on behalf of the other party.
15.4 You may not assign your rights or obligations under this agreement without our prior consent.
15.5 This agreement is subject to the laws of Sudan, and only the Arabic version is applicable.
15.6 Disputes are resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures specified by the Central Bank of Sudan.
15.7 If you have a complaint about the wallet service, you can submit it to the customer support center, and we will process it.
15.8 By selecting the 'Continue' or 'Agree' mark on the main screen, you confirm that you have read this agreement, agree to all the terms, conditions, and notices contained in or referred to in this agreement, and give your express consent to be bound.
